		<description>Recipe book did not specify to line muffin tin with cupcake papers so I sprayed the pan and cooked the muffins without them.  Only modification I would make next time for me is less of the almond flavoring.  I LOVE almond flavoring but it came across to heavy in the batch I made.  These definitely fill you up!</description>
