We saw this in the store but is was only in the gallon size. There were two gallons on the shelf rather low down.
We had only stopped for a few things but decided that we should buy them both, at $ 40 a gallon, a pretty fair investment.
WOW, this stuff is GREAT,
the use are limited only to your imagination. a definite must to any pantry.
GOD makes no mistakes.

Thank you for producing this product.

When substituting Xagave for brown sugar, you use about 1/2 to 2/3 the amount. As far as mollasses goes, it requires a little bit of experimentation based on your sweetnesss preference. It is important to remember that mollasses and browns sugar have very disstinct flavors that cannot be obtained by Xagave. I recommend simply reducing the amount of each ingredient rather than eliminating them altogether. Click here for a recipe for Ketchup using Xagave therefore eliminating HFCS.

We have been receiving a number of questions regarding the recent post by Dr Mercola, so in response we have issued an entire article addressing these issues. You can find it here. This article specifically discusses the fructose issue.
