Pineapple Mango Agave Salsa
Super delicious and easy to make, Pineapple Mango Salsa is a great compliment to any spicy dish, including fish, shrimp or pulled pork tacos.
- 2 to 3 cups fresh mango, cubed
- 2 to 3 cups of fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 jalape?o, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2/3 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 Tbl. Xagave
- 2 Tbl. fresh lime juice
Mix all ingredients in bowl and serve over Pulled Pork or other meat dishes of you choice.
