Pumpkin Protein Shake

One of my favorite things about fall is all of the delicious flavors that are used in cooking. Here is a recipe featuring one of the best flavors of the season, pumpkin! Protein shakes are a great source of energy and the the fact that this one is delicious is an added perk! Ingredients:                                                                                                                                
¾ – 1 cup of your favorite type of milk
5-7 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup pure pumpkin
Generous shake of cinnamon
Generous shake of pumpkin pie spice
Splash of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Xagave

Steps:   

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well and enjoy!
