Xagave Chicken

This is a delicious chicken and marscapone recipe using Xagave and created by Chef Frank, “Bringing Happiness to Meal Time”. It is sure to bring you happiness!

Ingredients:
2 eight ounce boneless breasts of chicken, butterflied to yield 4 portions
1 cup marscapone cheese
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup Xagave
Steps:
Place chicken, top side down on a flat surface and spoon 1/4 cup marscapone cheese equally into each breast
With Palm, roll chicken breast up, keeping cheese inside and close using a wooden toothpick at each end.
Pour Xagave onto a dish and roll chicken in Xagave with one hand
Pour sesame seeds onto a second dish and roll Xagave coated chicken in sesame seeds to cover exterior.
Place chicken rolls, bottom side down in a well oiled baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove toothpicks and serve over whole grain rice or vegetables.
